I went to see Revenge of the Sith yesterday afternoon. As many have said the movie is dark. The scene with the younglings was especially disturbing.

Like Kottke, I also felt some sadness at the end of the movie and wanted the outcome to be different. We all know what happens (sort of like the ending of Titanic...who knew that thing would sink). You were still wanting to see something good happen.

There was also a general sadness because this was the last Star Wars movie. Yes, some have speculated that the last three episodes will eventually be made, but I don't see that happening soon.
