Trevor Cook has posted his thoughts on how to improve Chapter 7 - 'Survival of the Publicists' from Naked Conversations, (formerly known as The Red Couch).
Last week Trevor had posted some criticism of the chapter which prompted Scoble to ask how Trevor would change things.
Trevor has some great thoughts, first off is 1. drop the "blogs vs PR, good vs.evil" stance. I agree here. Too often the 'good vs. evil' angle is used to sell or pitch blogs or any other product for that matter (also known as F.U.D.). I have attended too many conference sessions where a presenter talks about a 'threat' or 'issue' then mentions that his/her company provides a solution/product to protect the audience.
In that regard some items in the book might be a bit over the top to generate some interest or discussion.
