Now that the Orlando blogger MeetUp group is defunct and I have so many friends that have started blogs it might be time to socialize. Let's try to organize a social event in the coming weeks. Of course this means things like time and location need to be determined.
How about the Panera on Lake Eola one evening? Then again, Panera does not serve alcohol. So perhaps another location would be better :-) Any suggestions?
As for a date, what works best... Oct 12, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26 or 27?
How about it Doreen, Jeremy, Buzz, Wendy, Bob, Jennifer, Trent? I'll get the word out to the folks over at Metroblogging Orlando.

Panera? Care for a spot o' tea? I thought blogging was supposed to be fun!
How about Sam Snead's on Lake Eola, on the patio? It's downtown with a view of the lake and they serve beer.
I can go on Oct. 12, 26 or 27. Or...
...the 19th is the FPRA/PRSA/AdFed/AMA Ultimate Mixer - maybe we could meet before that (4:30/5:00) and then continue the party, err, I mean meeting, at the mixer.

Yeah, I'm with Bob--we need beer. I love Panera (yes, I'm finally admitting it), but I also love alcohol. I have school on the 18th and 25th, but the other nights work for me.

Love the idea! I can on 18, 19, 25, 26 or 27. The 12th is my 9 year anniversary! Anywhere downtown is fine with me!

Sam Snead's has a great ahi tuna appetizer. The chance to spend time in the aura of my blogging idols? Priceless! Count me in!
FYI, 10/26 is the Metro Orlando EDC's annual BBQ (event entry is via the SS patio with that entire street blocked of and several hundred people attend). So, based on everyone else's availability, 10/19 or 27 works for me.
Will an hour be enough if we meet prior to the ultimate mixer?

Looks like 10/27 works for everybody so far.
