Just following-up on a previous post about the use of coffee shops and other wifi locations as an office. Stowe Boyd responded to Jackson West's original post on the meme. In his post Stowe references Plazes a slick geo-locating service that I use as well. Since I started using Plazes in August of 2005 I've managed to discover/map 82 location just a little bit behind Stowe's 124.
Want to know where I am? Head over to my contact page to see my current location via Plazes. In addition, I also post my travel schedule online. Why? Because so often when setting up meetings with a client I can just have them look at that schedule and plan accordingly. Rather than playing phone or e-mail tag to confirm a date it's all out there. I also get e-mails from people saying, "I saw you're going to be in Atlanta this week, let's get together."
