Buzz words are like club t-shirts. They're how we tell who is one of us and who isn't. They aren't really made to be inclusive and to bring customers closers. They are made to make me look like I know things, like I am one of the club.
If I wanted to talk to customers I would talk in the language of the customers . . . I would seek out the words that my customers use, think in the thoughts they think, wish in the wishes they wish, dream in the dreams they dream.
