Great quote from the audience during Ethan Kaplan's session at Gnomedex:
When I see a Flash site with skip intro, I read it as skip web site.

Cool antispam program, bu teth way, maybe it will improve math scores.
Anyway, I have to agree with this sentiment, I hate flash splash screens. Yuck!

I agree with that sentiment!
But really I just wanted to say great to meet you while you were in town for Gnomedex. Really enjoyed speaking with you and for anyone reading this, YES, Josh knows his stuff!

Hm ...
If I visit a website and I have to watch a flash intro, without being asked (whether I would like it and have the time), I read it as: We don’t care why you came and don't come back' if you can avoid it!

Flash content has to be integrated more seamlessly. The days of the :30 intro, then you get to the website are fast coming to an end.
Good Flash, like anything, works best when it doesn’t call attention to itself. Personally, I don’t care what kind of rich media a site uses to engage me, as long as it’s done well.
