Reset - Start Over

A big thank you to all the kind comments and e-mails I received over the past few days during my kidney stone experience. The stone has passed and I am slowly getting back to work. It's difficult to jump right back in full steam though after spending four days in bed on oxycontin.

Looking back all the signs were there, poor diet, long hours, etc.....big changes coming....more on that soon.

Tomorrow I leave on a two-day trip around the state for some speaking engagements, I have a few posts in draft that will be coming soon. Until then....thanks again to all my friends.

Welcome back. I hope you get back to 100% soon. Take it easy with the OxyContin, though. I had to take it a few years ago after surgery, and it messed me up when the script ran out.

I am so glad you are up and around again!!! THat must have been AWEFUL!!! I hope they stay away--don't know much about how the work, but I sure admire you for deciding to make whatever changes it takes to make them Not Come Back.

be well.

Glad you're feeling better.

Josh, sorry to hear that, but glad it passed so quickly.
