The dates for Les Blogs III were just announced: Dec 11-12, 2006. I am seriously considering going to the event. I've looked at airfare and hotel combos and it's not as expensive as I thought. In fact it's just about the same for me to head to SF for an event for a few days.
Shel said the event was a great experience last year. I'm trying to round up some of the gang to join me. David is also looking for some justification :-)

i have no idea how i could justify this. perhaps if i told my wife it was a "second honeymoon" for us? that would work. but when i was booked everyday/all day...she might get suspicious. hmmmmmm....

You should think about it - it will give you a different perspective and while you will see a lot of usual faces, the vibe will be different to a US event. :))
