I've decided to start photographing (and posting) pictures of people wearing bluetooth headsets in stupid locations. A friend and I have had many a conversation about this. His standard line?
It's a phone, not an earring...take the damn thing off!The last straw for me was standing in the men's room washing my hands, guy comes out of a stall still wearing his bluetooth headset.

Hmm, how are you going to explain taking a picture (of someone wearing their phone) in an odd place? :-)

I think some people truly believe it to be a wardrobe accessory.

Are these people Secret Service agents? Are they bomb squad members?
No. They are not.
Every one of them I see I want to rip off of their ear.

The kicker for me was seeing a guy with one of those at a TGIF somewhere in central New Jersey (don't ask, it was late and we were driving home).
Unless you are a hit man, there's no way you could be someone who someone else needs to get hold of right away if you are dining at a TGIFs in Central NJ.

Haha -- great idea, Josh. Looking forward to it.
I got freaked out at the grocery store by a guy walking toward me just chattering away, seemingly to no one. Both his hands where visible, pushing his cart. I did a triple take - startled - trying to figure out if he was talking to me. (There was no one else on the aisle.) Nope. Darn bluetooth headset.

Ha - great idea. I think the expression 'dork flag' is apt here.

I need to take a picture of my neighbor on his riding lawnmower still wearing his bluetooth and send it to you.
