Wow, I write one thing about Star Wars and I'm already receiving unsolicited press releases for Star Wars related news.

I got it too. Hopefully because I write a lot about science fiction on the blog and not just because it is easy to spam a lot of people. Nevertheless, press release with no note is bad form.
So I clicked on the little link at the bottom to opt-out of press releases from this company. Let's see what happens.

Funny.. I got it too. Even after I mocked the agency in an earlier post.

My favorite part of the release was that I then got a follow-up email saying the story was under embargo pending a WSJ story. Ummmm...OK? Nice blogger outreach. I'm not saying I didn't write it up (it appealed to my inner-geek on several levels) but it was a weird outreach effort.
