I speak tomorrow afternoon to a group of airport communicators. The opening keynote is being led by USAirways CEO, Doug Parker. Maybe I should tell Doug about my recent USAirways experience :-)

Please do tell him - a few years back, Adam Curry went on a two podcast rant against America West (now US Airways).
I called up the PR department, and they didn't know what a podcast is, who Adam Curry is (they were too young to remember MTV), nor any implications. That could have been an easy PR slam dunk to just touch base with him, but they never did anything.
